THE VISIONARY
Onix M. Padrón
Chief Executive Officer
Onix belongs to the third generation of a television dynasty, with her elders being true pioneers of Hispanic television in the U.S. At the age of six she was already hanging around television studios and by the time she completed her bachelor’s degree in communication and management from the Florida International University, she already had years of experience under her belt.
With the expansion of cable networks to Latin America, Miss Padrón became an important part of Discovery Channel, overseeing all production aspects of on-air promotions and short subjects for their divisions in Latin America and Iberia. During her tenure, Onix was the recipient of three PROMAX Latin America Awards for excellence in the production of promos.
Craving independence, in 2000 Onix took a leap of faith and O-TV Creative Services, Inc. was born. A place where she and an exceptional group of creative minds pushed the boundaries of imagination to the limit. Her vast experience in the medium brought OTV many accolades for blue-chip clients such as Discovery Communications, Disney Channel Latin America, Telemundo Network among others. With her focus on the future Onix thought of the opportunities of revolutionizing the way people experience music today and this vision has given life to RealTime DJ.
THE MAVERICK
Arabella “Bella” Dunbar
Chief Operating Officer
Bella is a force of nature. Growing up, music played a pivotal role in her upbringing, as she spent her youth singing, dancing and learning to play piano and the guitar (and multiple other instruments), while also participating in musical theater.
Originally pursuing a major in criminology, this proud University of Miami alumni would have committed a major crime if she had not followed her true passions: music and marketing.
What began with a social media internship in the radio business led to Bella’s love for communications and a yearning to learn more. Bella’s experience now includes social media management and events in entertainment, hospitality and travel industries.
Ms. Dunbar is a staunch LGTBQ rights advocate, dedicating a considerable amount of her time to causes like 4Ward Miami and the Gay8 Festival.
Free-spirited and inherently stubborn, Bella is a rebel used to changing the rules and following her own path. A very strong digital background and her eternal “take no prisoners” attitude makes this maverick the ideal partner to boost RTDJ to the stratosphere.
